Soak the cotton pad with Oil-Free Eye Make-up Remover
Place on the eye area for a few seconds to soften the eye make-up
Wipe the cotton wool gently over the eyes to remove the eye make-up
Follow with your Environ regime.
Not effective in removing waterproof makeup, Pre-Cleansing Oil is a better option
