• 1 (Green and White Capsule): Antioxidants
• 1 (White Capsule): botanicals with antioxidant properties (includes bilberry, turmeric, green tea and grape seed extracts)
• 1 (Yellow Softgel Capsule): Omegas 3 and 6 fatty acids
• 1 (Red Softgel Capsule): astaxanthin and biotin

Please note that there has been a recent update in the colour of Skin Antioxidant and Skin CoQ10+ capsules. Skin Antioxidant is now a purple, derived from purple carrot extract, rather than green and white. Additionally Skin CoQ10+ has changed from green to a caramel coloured capsule, it owes its new hue to sugar cane.

Skin Vit A+: Rice hull (ground), hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (capsule shell), vitamin a (retinyl palmitate), vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol), capsule colour: titanium dioxide.

Skin Omegas+: Fish oil, capsule shell (fish gelatin and glycerol), evening primrose oil, antioxidant: d-alpha tocopherol in sunflower oil, vitamin A palmitate, antioxidant: dl-alpha tocopherol.

Directions:

Take the contents of one pod (5 capsules) daily with a meal or as your health professional advises. For best absorption take with a main meal.
