It works by exfoliating and essentially dissolving away the dead skin. Allow a few minutes to soften and break down those beat-up cuticles, then gently push them back and wipe off any excess.

Directions:

Apply, wait one minute, then gently remove loosened skin using a soft cuticle pusher.
